A non-refundable reservation fee of 50% is required to secure your wedding date. Dates are not considered reserved until this fee is received.
The remaining balance of the package must be paid at least two weeks prior to the event. If full payment is not received, The Wedding Photographers are not obligated to attend.
Additional custom orders (prints, enlargements, frames, albums, etc.) must be paid in full at the time of order.
Accepted payment methods: bank transfer or credit card. Late payments will incur a fee of 5% per week until full payment is received.
-
Clients have a 3-working-day cooling-off period from signing this agreement. After this period, the reservation fee is non-refundable.
Cancellations within three months of the event require payment of the remaining balance due to the difficulty of rebooking.
If The Wedding Photographers rebook the date, a refund may be issued, minus 15% to cover work already completed and any difference between the replacement booking fee and the original fee (excluding the booking fee).
All cancellations must be submitted in writing.
If the wedding cannot proceed due to circumstances outside the Photographer’s control (e.g., pandemics, natural disasters, government restrictions, or other emergencies), the wedding will be rescheduled to an available date within 12 months at no additional cost.
International bookings affected by travel restrictions will follow the same rescheduling policy.
Requests to move beyond 12 months may incur additional fees.
Reservation fees remain non-refundable.

In rare cases of medical, legal, or other emergencies preventing attendance, every effort will be made to provide a suitable substitute photographer at a similar package and price.
If no substitute is available, liability is limited to the return of all payments made, including the reservation fee.
